Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a voluntary return, your item must be:

• In the same condition in which you received it
• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging
• Complete with all original tags and accessories

You must also provide proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at ossomosso.design@gmail.com before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and the address to which the item must be sent.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue so that we can assess it and offer an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, except where required by applicable law:

• Custom-made or clearly personalised products
• Products made according to the customer’s specifications
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, used, damaged or altered after delivery
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

Sale items may be returned under the same conditions as full-price items, unless otherwise stated. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

This statutory right applies separately from our 90-day return policy.

The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of your decision to cancel. The items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, allowing only for handling necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised products.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item, where eligible, and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days, subject to any applicable legal requirements. For EU withdrawals, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by applicable law. Additional costs resulting from choosing an express or premium delivery option will not be refunded.
